Achieve Peak Performance Immediately and Feel Better While You Accomplish Your Goals

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009

What if I could tell you one secret that would immediately change the way you feel, help you overcome anxiety, and achieve your goals with peak performance? Would you do it?

This week I am once again in awe of my private
clients.

One of them came back this week after implementing
basically one action step and said,

“I can’t believe how different I feel! It almost doesn’t make
sense and I don’t know  why it works, but it does.
I am making so much progress on everything else
because I feel better than I’ve felt in years.”

Now, for the record, I can honestly say that my clients
boast a 100% success rate as far as getting their
desired results goes. The only ones who have not
succeeded either quit or did not take the actions
we agreed upon.

Now, what was this one action step?

Many people
won’t apply it because it is so simple.  Not you though.
You understand that the most powerful keys are
usually simple.

Here it is:

He stopped speaking words that described his current
frustrations, and instead started speaking and writing
down a sentence that described his perfect outcome.

That’s it.

I won’t describe his exact words, but an example for you
might be to stop saying,

“I don’t know why this is so hard. I never seem to get ahead,
and it’s driving me crazy.

And instead say,

“My work is easy and fun. I feel  better than ever
and all my needs are met with abundance!”

There is amazing power in your words.

In fact, as someone who is created in the image of God,
you will do well to remember that our very world was formed
by the spoken word.

YOUR world is formed by your words as well.

So, stop “telling it like it is,” start calling those things that
are not as though they were.

Now speaking is your first action step. This client went
above and beyond, and started writing his target sentence
on a sheet of paper and he would not stop until the page
was totally full.

That’s what I mean by “Spelling Out Your Vision.”

Way to Go!

The Power of Intention to Reach Your Goals

Thursday, July 9th, 2009

Today I want to encourage you to get clear on your INTENTION for the rest of the month and year. We are half way through 2009, and every day’s actions can take you closer to a winning finish! You can do this. You can accomplish your goals and reach your full potential – joyfully.

Check out this definition for the word, “intention,” :

“an aim that one intends to follow; an objective.”

My intention every week is that you are encouraged and equipped to overcome your doubts and reach your true potential joyfully!  I have no greater joy than seeing you succeed.

This testimonial came in today from my client Michael James in Arvin California. With Michael’s permission I am sharing his joy with you:

With Gina’s help and support, I went out and made over eight
thousand dollars in nine weeks, and I’m excited to do it again
for even bigger results this time!
Before working with Gina, I had no self-confidence and I almost
hated talking to people. Still, I knew the kind of person I wanted
to become. It is impossible to describe how much Gina helped
me get over my life-long  fears and self-doubts. She has a true gift for
getting to the root of your issues and helping you change from
the inside out.
Gina also equipped me with resources and tools to build up my
communication and selling skills so that I can reach all of my goals.
I am now confidently doing things that I only dreamed of before.
If you ever feel like you are falling short of your potential, than
I certainly recommend coaching with Gina. You won’t regret it!

Michael James

Let’s hear a big round of applause for Michael James who keeps stretching himself beyond his comfort zone! He got clear on a specific intention and went out and made it happen. I am so proud of him, and I know that YOU have greatness waiting to be stirred up in you as well.  It is time for your breakthrough!

Remember your success pretty much depends on just three things:

  1. A Winning Mindset
  2. A Winning Strategy
  3. Consistent Action

I am convinced that the right support makes sure that you excel in all of those keys.  I’m here to support you, so go forth and have your BEST DAY EVER!

I’m in your corner.

intention.

Are You Playing With People Who Are Better Than You?

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

Question: Can you achieve your peak performance without playing people who are better than you?   I don’t think so…

Jordan has always wanted to keep playing baseball. His goal
is to play in college and he has only one year left of high school.

Unfortunately, not everyone on his high school team shares his
ambition, which means when a scout came to watch a game
recently, he left after an inning or two, and commented to
the coach, “It’s obvious your boys don’t really want to be out there.”

Ugh!

What is a player to do? In Jordan’s case, we all chose to shell
out some bigger bucks for him to accept an invitation to play
on a more elite team. In sports, it’s understood that you only
get better by playing with people who are better than you.

This same concept applies to business and personal success
as well. You become like the company you keep, and it might
require an investment to upgrade your circle of influencers.

Look at your business associates. Do you have a mentor or
a coach, whose life and lifestyle you admire? Do you have
friends who make more money than you do? Do you spend
time with people who value personal success, health and
fitness, spiritual growth, and who pull you up to your potential?

Jim Rohn is famous for saying that your life is a reflection of
the five people you hang around the most. We really see this
with teenagers and kids, but it is true for us adults as well.

Here’s some ways to grow here:

1. Read, read, read. One of my mentors back in college used to
tell me that you can acquire somebody’s anointing simply by
reading everything they put out there. I agree. If you find a leader
who inspires you, read and reread their material.

2. Listen, listen, listen. Fill your ears with words of faith and
encouragement, instruction and experience. Listen to interviews
and books on CD or mp3 while you are driving, getting dressed
in the morning, exercising, or doing chores.

3. Network, network, network. Rub shoulders with people that
you truly admire and then build relationships with them. All
relationships take work, so put in the effort. Join associations,
go to networking events, call those people on your stack of
business cards!

4. Get coaching. I am still convinced that personal coaching is
THE fastest route on the planet to dynamic change and growth.
I LOVE seeing breakthroughs that my clients make, results that
they get, and the joy that they experience.

Just like playing baseball at higher and higher levels requires
financial commitment and plenty of time, the conviction is that
it will pay off. You are called to win your chosen game as
well. I encourage you to do whatever it takes to stretch into
your winning season, now more than ever! I promise, it will pay
off sooner rather than later.
